About The Job:

  • Join us as a Workplace accessibility Project Manager to support key workplace accessibility initiatives, advancing inclusivity and driving operational excellence.
  • This role focus on implementing and managing Salesforce's accessibility programs, encompassing tailored solutions, workplace accommodations platforms, and job coaching support for disabled and neurodivergent talent.
  • You'll collaborate across functions, working with external vendors and partners to deliver resources and tools that empower employees to thrive.
Essential Job Functions:
Program Management
  • Manage workplace accessibility programs, driving efficient request intake, utilization tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage procurement activities and maintain compliance with company policies.
Regional & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate global and regional logistics related to additional activities, such as training sessions, policy updates, processes and program-specific initiatives on a global scale depending on specific needs
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on goals and milestones.
Operational Excellence
  • Proactively programs address service delivery gaps to ensure program continuity and impact.
  • Leverage procurement expertise to optimize sourcing, vendor management, and compliance with company standards.
  • Handle logistics and administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and meet regional needs.
  • Stay informed about global accessibility legislation, best practices, and technology innovations to identify trends and recommend program enhancements or new initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Accessibility Expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of workplace accommodations and accessibility compliance,
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting accommodation requests and conducting workplace needs assessments in a global context.
  • Experience of advising organisations and teams on how best to support talent with disabilities or neurodivergence
  • Strong advocacy mindset, with a deep respect for all types of disabilities and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace strategies.
  • Project Management and Global Operations
  • Demonstrated success managing programs and projects across regions and time zones, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Expertise in program reporting and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Proactive approach to enhancing programs, addressing challenges, reducing costs and driving innovation.
  • Communication & Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including data-driven insights
  • Experience with program tracking, invoicing, and procurement systems
  • Understanding of best-in-class technologies and emerging technologies designed to support employees with disabilities
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Accessibility certifications (e.g., CPACC).
