Main Purpose of Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Procurement Executive
to support our procurement operations by developing, maintaining, and analysing data reports. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and vendor management teams to ensure accurate reporting, help track performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
Ensuring Group Procurement provides efficient and effective support to the global business.
Develop, automate, and maintain procurement dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
Analyse procurement data to identify savings opportunities, supplier performance trends, and compliance risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure consistent data standards.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across procurement systems.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Track KPIs such as spend under management, cost savings, vendor performance, etc.
Assist in ad hoc reporting and analytics tasks for special procurement projects and audits.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
HSSE - Health, Safety, Security and Risk (Mandatory Requirements)
Assessing HSSE risk and implementing risk controls within own area of responsibility.
Reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses, whether the persons are injured or not.
Taking action within the area of accountability to ensure the HSSE of both the job holder and other persons who may be affected by acts carried out or failed to be carried out by the job holder while at work.
Ensuring full compliance with the ISS HSSE Management System.
The post holder will carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
