Key Responsibilities: # Promote and position Mindtree as an employer of choice and attract the best talent to be a part of our growth journey. # Advisor to the businesses on talent availability, reach, needs and expectations for India and APAC. # Understand requirements and expectations from the internal stakeholders and establish a talent scouting and recruitment strategy for hiring the right talent for the role. # Communicate and demonstrate the value Mindtree brings in solving business and IT challenges for our clients. # Achieve SLAs and targets with quality of hire as a key parameter. Achieve high internal stakeholder satisfaction through excellence in execution capabilities, strong engagement with prospects internal stakeholders and process focus. # Liaise closely with the Mindtree minds across functions to ensure that the entire process is seamless. # Research and source profiles as well as proactively map against specific roles. # Support the team in providing profiles and co-ordination for th e India and APAC hiring piece. .
