The Channel Leader is responsible for growing both direct and indirect partner revenue, developing and implementing partner scale programs, delivering a world-class customer support experience, all while possessing a Customer Obsessed attitude toward our partners. This is a commissioned sales position. This role touches all key areas of business from client, data center to IOT/ Edge solutions. The leader would be a trusted voice in the channel with key relationships across partners in the country. Individuals in this role ultimately are measured on driving growth and revenue impacts with partners for all Intel Businesses Units. Responsibilities also include: Defining channel strategy and transformational growth for India, establishing scale and growth programs with clear ROI KPIs, planning for coverage through direct and indirect resources and working across teams internally and externally to be enable Intel to the partner of choice for our customers.
Qualifications:
15+ yrs of experience managing channel, distribution, or OEM business in India
Leadership skills and experience in managing or working through diverse and large matrix teams (People management experience preferred)
Passion for channel and distribution business, established trusted relationships with the OEM/ Distributor/ Partners will be an added advantage
High integrity with attention to details, ability to get to the specifics and drive weekly, daily cadence of sales motion
Knowledge on the Client/Data centre and Edge business in India
Results orientated person, skilled in building relationship with Executive Level inside the covered ecosystem.
Can-do spirit / attitude, with GRIT to take on and drive audacious goals
Strategic context to connect the dots and inspires internal and external stakeholders.
