Job Description

The InDesign Paginator is responsible for creating, formatting, and maintaining

high-quality multi-page layouts and paginated documents

for print and digital platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured layout expertise, and

advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign

, along with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, to ensure accurate, consistent, and production-ready outputs aligned with brand and content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage

multi-page layouts and pagination

for catalogs, brochures, manuals, and marketing documents Develop structured layouts using grids, master pages, paragraph and character styles in Adobe InDesign Place, align, and format text, images, tables, and graphics with high accuracy Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, layout consistency, and formatting standards Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to implement approved content and visuals Manage revisions, version control, and content updates efficiently Perform thorough quality checks for typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical and prepress accuracy

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum 1+ years of experience

in InDesign pagination, layout design, or DTP-related roles

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Working knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

for asset handling and basic edits Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, layout structure, and visual hierarchy

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and layout accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle content-heavy documents and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Skills

Experience working on catalogs, brochures, manuals, or large-format documents Knowledge of print production and prepress standards Familiarity with interactive PDFs or digital publishing formats Basic knowledge of automation features in InDesign (styles, master pages, GREP) is an added advantage
