We're hiring the freelance/independent HR recruiters to hire talent for our client companies. There is

no fixed salary

- you earn attractive payouts for every candidate who joins our client companies through your efforts.

How It Works:

Get open roles from us (eDarpan). Source, call, and screen candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interview rounds till closure. For every successful joining, you earn a fixed payout (e.g.,
5,000 per closure). Payments are made after candidate joins and completes the minimum guarantee period.

Requirements:

Experience in hiring/sourcing (preferred). Good communication skills and professional approach.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dashrath puri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
