As a Healthcare Recruiter, your main role is to source, screen, and submit qualified healthcare candidates to our open job orders. You will work independently, on your own schedule, and be compensated based on successful placements. Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
Manage the full recruiting cycle: outreach, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation
Maintain candidate databases and track communications
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline
Collaborate with our internal team to understand job requirements and placement needs Requirements:
Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing (preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare job boards, social media sourcing, and ATS tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet and phone access Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role. You will receive a competitive success fee per placement, which varies by role type and contract terms.
