Acquire and manage retail and HNI clients for investments across

mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and fixed income products

Provide regular portfolio reviews and goal-based financial advice.

Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of advisors/distributors.

Support and guide the existing team in achieving business goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
