-Testing of hydraulic valves on test bench for function and fatigue life.

-Failure analysis & provide inputs for optimization of hydraulic valves.

-Prepare and release the test reports.

-Collaboration with international counter parts on testing topics.

-Maintain and update the test facility.

-Co-ordination of testing topics with design & virtual engineering team.

Qualifications

B.E. / M. Tech - Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years relevant experience from Hydraulics industries (of which 1 yrs minimum hydraulic valve testing)

Must

• Testing experience of Hydraulic valves.
• Functional understanding of hydraulic valves.
• Hands on experience of test bench/HPU operation.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Industrial hydraulic valves - Direction / flow / pressure / check valves.
• Expertise on fatigue analysis and reliability engineering.
• Intercultural work experience and German language.
