- Product quality support in Pump value stream includes -
- Participating to resolve Product/process quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support. Q-table participation from QMM department.
- Handling of customer complaints. Support Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation & effectiveness.
- PPAP/ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from Manufacturing
- Moderation/Coaching of Quality Methods - FMEA, CP, 8D, 4Q
- To carry out Process Audit as per the VDA Standard, LPC Audit
Qualifications
B.E Mechanical / B.E Mechatronics

Type of Industry Preferred:Hydraulic pump manufacturing company, Material handling equipment manufacturers OEM 1. Automotive quality system requirements - PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC 2. Problem solving tools & technics - knowledge & implementation experience 3. Customer audit handling experience 4. Communication with customer(s) on Customer complaints/Feedback 5. Certified auditor for QMS 6. Axial piston pump function/operation know-how will be added advantage
