About the Team
Omni Fulfilment team at Bangalore helps in the node and the mode level analysis for last mile deliveries. The team helps create a customer-centric fulfillment ecosystem that provides a competitive set of fulfillment options, and exceptional delivery experience to increase omni fulfillment revenue and profit
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to assess, support/design, implement, and roll out initiatives that support last mile operations with driving business results and increase revenue along with profit. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements. The main objective of this job and the function is to provide the customers with competitive fulfillment options with a frictionless experience by balancing cost and support sales growth. The Analyst will upskill himself / herself with the technical and functional skill needed to complete this objective and drive this holistically. He / She will also assist his peers in solving for problems as a team
To be successful, the individual in this role must have a strong understanding of analytical techniques and disparate data sources - both internal and external, and strong domain expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Analyze fulfillment data across all channels, including Gig, Lowe's Delivery, PUIS, BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In-Store) to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
Use SQL queries to extract and manipulate large volumes of order fulfillment and logistics data.
Use Python to automate data processing tasks and apply statistical or machine learning techniques to forecast demand, simulate outcomes, or predict risks (e.g., delayed shipments).
Leverage Big Data tools (Hive, Spark, Hadoop) to analyze fulfillment patterns across millions of transactions at scale.
Measure the business impact of initiatives like new routing logic, optimized pricing and delivery options, curbside pickup enhancements, or smart sourcing strategies.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that influence fulfillment strategy, process improvement, and technology investment.
Deliver quick-turn analytics to answer time-sensitive questions from leadership regarding fulfillment performance, outages, delays, or customer satisfaction.

Overall 2+ years of Experience
2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or supply chain analytics role.
2 years' experience in Supply Chain
2+ years' experience reporting and data analytics
2+ years' experience of project management
Education Qualification & Certifications
Required Minimum Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
Understanding of fulfillment operations, logistics, and/or e-commerce order lifecycle.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with Big Data tools
(Hive, Hadoop,Spark,GCP)
and working with large-scale datasets.
Experience in omni-channel retail or e-commerce fulfillment analytics.
Proficiency with data visualization tools like
