Job Summery
The primary role of the analyst is to support and enhance Lowe's store operations through effective planning, organization, and data-driven insights. This position works closely with the Store Operations Technology Inventory and Innovation partners in Mooresville to ensure field and corporate teams have the tools, visibility, and processes needed to deliver operational excellence. By combining analytical focus, structured execution, and innovative thinking, this role contributes to improved accountability, streamlined deployments, and stronger business outcomes across Lowe's stores.
Core Responsibilities:
Support the planning, organization, and tracking of device and technology deployments across store operations.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
Create and maintain automated and recurring reports, summaries, and communications to support leadership visibility and field accountability.
Collaborate with the Store Operations Technology, Inventory, and Innovation partners to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and tracking processes.
Conduct targeted research on business development and emerging technology topics to support strategic planning and innovation efforts.
Assist with the design and organization of deployment timelines, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking tools that improve accuracy and decision-making.
Years of Experience:
Overall 2-4 years of Experience
3 years of experience in Home Improvement/retail industry
2+ years experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Education Qualification & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Programming, Operations Research or Related Field
Primary Skills (must have)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Strong understanding of innovation processes and how emerging technologies can be applied to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
"Experience collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams on pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, or technology evaluations
Familiarity with modern business tools used for analytics, visualization, and workflow automation.

Experience building visualizations in PowerBI.
