About the Team



The Money Management and Reporting team handles 3 important segments. The automation of tasks and processes. Creating and maintaining reports for various functions and generating actionable insights. And owning the Money Management processes such as purchase order management from creation to approval to deletion, vendor onboarding, mailbox management and financial reporting.



Job Summary:




The Analyst leads and executes mid complex automations and drives efficiencies for various functions. Own building and maintaining reports and dashboards providing visibility to business and its functions on its KPIs. Uncover insights to drive business outcomes. In order to achieve the desired results, they must have basic knowledge of retail, Collateral, fixtures, PO process and, be proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI, SQL Assistant, Hadoop, GCP, Python etc. The Analyst also supports the team with mid complex Money Management processes and tasks such as Vendor Onboarding, PO lifecycle management, building reports, dashboards for various functions and uncovering insights. Their day to day decision making on which automations to pick and the kind of insights generated would impact the bottom line significantly in terms of efficiency gained, quality improved and cost reduction of capital and operational expenses through actionable insights generated for effective decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Core Responsibilities:



Own the development and maintenance of new and existing reports and dashboards as per business and its function's requirements. Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions, and reporting improvements to meet business needs. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. Develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems to drive efficiencies. Preserve and store the code repository for future use and enhancements. Detailed technical documentation for every report and automation owned for easy handoff and debugging. Buddy program to help new joiners with their OJT and set them up for success.

2 to 4 years of Experience


1.5 + years of Experience in Reporting, Data Vizualization and Analytics, RPA


2 + years of Retail Experience

Required Minimum Qualifications

:


B.TECH/ B.E/B.com / BBM / Retail Operations Management

Skill Set Required



Primary Skills (must have)



Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working across cross functional teams. Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy and tableau or equivalent.

Advance excel and Analytical Skills.

Python, Power Automate, SQL, Unix, Knime and other automation tools.

Omni Channel retail experience.

Secondary Skills (desired)



GCP experience is preferred Data storytelling skill preferred
