Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong PMO experience to support end-to-end customer success projects. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end customer-facing projects Act as a central point of contact between customers and internal teams Track project plans, milestones, risks, and action items Prepare and share project status reports and dashboards Facilitate meetings, document MOMs, and follow up on actions Support onboarding, implementation, and adoption activities Ensure project governance and documentation

Required Experience & Skills

5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination / PMO Strong experience in customer success or customer-facing projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong tracking, coordination, and reporting abilities Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred

Experience in SaaS or IT services environments Knowledge of Agile or Hybrid delivery models PMO / Project Management certification is a plus
Ideal for a hands-on Project Coordinator with a customer-first mindset.
