Overview:

We are looking for a

Process Associate - Talent Acquisition

with

4-6 years of experience

to support

PAN India hiring and US hiring

. The role involves strong coordination, excellent communication, and hands-on experience using an

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

for creating requirements, user creation, and backend updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment coordination for

PAN India and US hiring

. Create job requisitions, update candidate status, and manage user setups in the

ATS

. Collaborate with multiple accounts, hiring teams, and stakeholders across India and the US. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, schedules, and tracker updates. Maintain hiring data, dashboards, and ensure process accuracy. Act as a central point of contact between teams for requirement updates and status reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years

of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition coordination. Strong hands-on experience with an

ATS

(requirement creation, candidate updates, backend user creation). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and time zones. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting.

Preferred

Experience supporting US-based hiring teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-account recruitment environment.
