Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Consultant with strong expertise in the Manufacturing module. The ideal candidate must have led

a minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations

, with hands-on experience in both

Process Manufacturing and Discrete Manufacturing

. This role involves leading customer engagements, solution design, and delivery in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations focused on Manufacturing Act as Functional Lead for Manufacturing modules including: Discrete Manufacturing Process Manufacturing Drive requirement gathering, solution design, CRP, configuration, testing, and deployment Lead customer workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions Provide functional leadership during SIT, UAT, and production go-live Manage offshore/onshore coordination and mentor junior consultants Handle functional issue resolution, data validation, and cutover activities Ensure solution alignment with business processes and Oracle best practices Prepare functional documents such as BRD, MD050, setup documents, and test scripts Collaborate with Technical, Integration, and Reporting teams

Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of overall Oracle SCM functional experience Minimum

3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as Lead

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Proven expertise in

Process Manufacturing and Discrete Manufacturing

Good understanding of SCM integrations with Inventory, Costing, BOM, and Work Orders Experience working with global customers and US stakeholders Willingness to work in

CST shift

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion SCM certification (Manufacturing) is a plus Experience in customer-facing consulting roles Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
