Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, demand planning, or supply chain planning to join our team as a Kinaxis Trainee. This is a great opportunity to transition into the rapidly growing space of supply chain digital transformation using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand current planning processes and pain points. Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution testing activities. Assist in modeling and mapping supply chain processes in Kinaxis. Support the creation of dashboards, alerts, and what-if analysis scenarios. Troubleshoot and support day-to-day planning issues in coordination with business users. Provide documentation and user training support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of experience in

manufacturing planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning

. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts like forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and production planning. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation. * Interest or basic knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse is an added advantage.
