Role Overview

As a Content Writer for our SaaS products, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and supports customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts. Develop product-centric content such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to help customers understand and utilize our SaaS solutions. Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to translate technical information into easy-to-understand content. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and visibility. Research industry trends, competitor content strategies, and customer pain points to inform content creation. Work with designers and developers to enhance content presentation and user experience. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all content channels. Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably for SaaS or tech-based companies. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic HTML knowledge is a plus. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure content effectiveness. Strong research skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with B2B SaaS content writing. Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms. Understanding of UX writing principles. Portfolio of published SaaS-related content.
