Client and Vendor management

  • Tight coordination with vendor
  • Prioritizes work according to the needs and satisfaction of the client
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables

  • Provides timely response to requests

  • Ownership and delivery of deliverables

Projects/ Initiatives
  • Independence and support enhancement initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise for project completion and implementation
  • Identify and raise opportunities/initiatives/areas for process improvement.
  • Constantly upgrade oneself on the HRSS Processes, SOP's, Tools from time to time & develop strong knowledge of HR Systems
  • Identify opportunities areas for tool enhancements

  • Ensure process and SLA adherence
  • Responsible for Stake holder Management

  • Responsible for smooth Transition of new work/ knowledge/process

  • Graduate with 5+ years and above work experience
  • Preferable MBA in HR
  • Should have core statutory compliance knowledge like PF and Labor Regulations.
  • Hands on experience on PF Compliances, including transfer and withdrawal process.
  • Should have the knowledge of how the PF deduction gets calculated and credited to an individual’s a/c.
  • Should have exposure in Excel to work on monthly MIS.
  • Looking after the monthly challan and returns.
  • Capable of handling PF audits held by RPFC.
  • Vendor management skill.
  • Should be able to address the notice which received from RPFC.
  • Should be able to close the queries within the defined TAT, which we receive from our active and ex colleagues.
  • Should have worked on UAN process and capable of managing the end to end process.
  • Should have a good knowledge on EPFO portal.


  • Timely delivery of projects and assignments
  • Good communication skill (both written and verbal)


  • Basic understanding of MS Office, MS Excel Advanced, MS Word and Power Point
  • Ability to learn the technology tools


  • Ability to handle pressure & Client demands
