INFORMATION ABOUT BUSINESS
CLAIMS - Aon is a leading global professional services firm that provides a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions-including insurance broking and consulting. Insurance claims processing is a crucial part of the operations, evaluate, and settle a claim filed by a policyholder or beneficiary after suffering a covered loss or damage.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:Responsible for receiving and reviewing new claims notifications from policyholders, brokers, or other channels. Verify claim information and enter details accurately inti the claims management system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive, review, and validate insurance or reinsurance claims from global clients
Confirm all required documentation and information is complete for processing; request missing items as needed
Enter claim details into the relevant broking or claims management system in a timely and accurate manner
Liaise with insurers, reinsurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties to track claim progress and resolve issues
Keep clients and internal teams informed of claim status, communicating next steps and anticipated timelines
Assist in preparing and submitting claims reports, loss summaries, and client updates
Escalate complex or disputed claims to senior team members or management for resolution
Monitor claim settlements and ensure payments are processed by contractual agreements
Support the maintenance and improvement of claims procedures to drive operational excellence within the Global Broking Center
Stay up to date with industry regulations, market changes, and company best practices
Understand and comply with Aon business procedures.
Strong Communication skill
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Experience in Claims processing, Broking in insurance industry
Strong attention to detail and effective time management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using claims, broking, or CRM systems, as well as MS Office
Ability to work cross-culturally and liaise with multiple stakeholders in different time zones
Understanding global insurance practices and documentation processes is desirable
Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering positive client experience
The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
A positive approach and mind-set and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work individually and in a team.
