Aon Reinsurance Solutions is the worlds leading reinsurance intermediary and full-service capital advisor. Reinsurance Solutions Analytics offers clients industry-leading Catastrophe Management, Impact Forecasting, Rating Agency Practice, Product Development and Research, Actuarial & ReMetrica support.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Assist onshore catastrophe management managers in assessing catastrophe modeling- data analytic function
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working in Impact Forecasting team, and providing customers with required Technical Solution and support for using Aons proprietary catastrophe modeling software ELEMENTS
• Analysts are expected to become proficient in ELEMENTS product, Catastrophe modeling practices and features.
• Develop a working knowledge of ELEMENTS, both software usage and basic model methodology.
• Act as the single point of contact for our clients in order to provide ELEMENTS implementation and product support.
• Investigate client questions and collaborate with other team members to resolve the issue and communicate status to client.
• Participate in conducting ELEMENTS workshops and smaller group trainings.
• Run client portfolios, report findings and help analyze and explain observed patterns.
• Assist with Model Sign off process with main focus on implementation of the models into the ELEMENTS platform.
• Become advanced user of SQL and Excel for data mining and manipulation.
• Develop ability to explain standard analyses with professional written and oral communication. Provide meaningful analysis with guidance from senior team members.
