Incorporation Operations Lead

, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a world-class experience to our users -- founders, finance professionals, and global operators -- helping them incorporate their businesses in 100+ countries.


We are expanding rapidly, with customers requesting new markets nearly every day. In the last week, customers have requested support in Japan, Brazil, Vietnam, and France. Your job will be to identify the requirements to scale Commenda's offerings into new markets like these, and ensure we are best-in-class operationally when it comes to delivering these services.


We don't care where you come from or what experience you do or don't lack. We are looking for someone who can apply a generalist mindset to an extremely hard problem, with high levels of curiosity and humility.


Key Responsibilities:



Own end-to-end client delivery: service delivery, onboarding, account management, and support. Coordinate across internal teams (legal, product, operations) to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and proactively resolving issues. Identify and optimize delivery processes for scalability and efficiency. Build and lead the delivery process from customer, to product, to operations.

Requirements



Someone who understands global client expectations -- ideally with exposure to international business environments through education or work. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify the complex and build client trust. Experience in operations, consulting, or client-facing roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You naturally bring structure to chaos. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup. Willingness to travel frequently when required.
