Qualifications:
Automobile Sector and having good exposer in ADC (Aluminium DIE Casting and in SHEET Metal). Also Having experience in IQC department Only.
Responsibilities:
1. Incoming Inspection Management
Oversee daily incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Develop, maintain, and optimize inspection procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
Ensure timely inspection and release of materials to support production schedules.
2. Supplier Quality Collaboration
Work closely with Supplier Quality Engineering to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
Communicate non-conformities to suppliers and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Participate in supplier audits and evaluations as needed.
3. Team Leadership
Lead, train, mentor, and develop a team of quality inspectors.
Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance assessments.
4. Quality System Compliance
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality standards (depending on industry).
Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and reports.
Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and evidence.
5. Non-Conformance Management
Oversee material rejection, quarantine, and disposition processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incoming quality issues.
Implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
6. Process Improvement
Analyse inspection data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Introduce new inspection tools, gauges, and measurement techniques for accuracy and efficiency.
Reduce incoming defects through proactive quality planning and supplier engagement.
