Job Description

Purpose of Job :-

As a Quality Engineer at Techno Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes, conduct inspections and tests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication on the status of QC riority check list for raw material & final QC to concern divisions Manage Concerns related to quality for any product ERP Entries for all incoming material & final product in QC module Supplier Complaint/Rejection update in the system Manage supplier Complaints Supplier Test Certificate verification & upload in the system Calibration of all instruments Managing all documents of QC Supplier visit as when require QMS/IMS documentation Managing of process records

Skills:

MS Office, Auto Cad, ERP, Audit Management, 7QC Tools, 8 D, 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Quality Circles, CAPA Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques. Experience with product testing and inspection methods, including dimensional inspection, functional testing, and reliability testing. Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably in the engineering/manufacturing industry.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or quality management, or a related field.
