Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out parts as per quality standards Verify materials against drawings, specifications, and quality plans Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments Maintain IQC inspection records, reports, and documentation Identify non-conforming materials and raise NCRs / rejection reports Coordinate with suppliers and purchase team for quality issues Support supplier quality improvement and corrective actions Ensure proper material identification, traceability, and storage Follow ISO quality system requirements and procedures

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Incoming Quality Control processes Experience in inspection of mechanical / engineering components Proficiency in using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, dial gauge, etc. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of NCR, CAPA, and quality documentation Good communication and coordination skills
