Qualification:

ITI/Diploma

Experience : 02 - 05 years

Technical Expertise:

Familiarity with mechanical and chemical testing of steel alloys and related ASTM standards.

Process Knowledge:

Basic understanding of casting and forging processes.

Work Profile

MTC Review:

Verify the Material Test Certificate (MTC) provided by suppliers to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Lab Coordination:

Liaise with third-party laboratories for mechanical and chemical testing.

Inspection:

Perform PMI testing, visual inspection, and dimensional checks on incoming raw materials to approve them for production.

Documentation:

Enter MTC data into the designated database.

Software Proficiency:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary:

20000 - 30000 CTC

Work Timing:

08 hours
