Job Title:

Technical Editor - LaTeX

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedLaTeX Technical Editor with strong expertise in journal editing, structuring, and reference formatting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with LaTeX-based workflows and a solid understanding of journal publishing requirements, preferably forJournals.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit, format, and structure manuscripts using LaTeX/TeX according to journal guidelines. Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to publisher-specific requirements. Review and validate references as per journal/reference style guidelines. Ensure all elements--tables, figures, equations, and metadata--are correctly formatted. Check and journal-specific requirements (preferably Elsevier workflows). Collaborate with authors, project managers, and production teams to resolve content or formatting issues. Maintain high-quality output and deliver within assigned timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working experience as a LaTeX Technical Editor (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of journal requirements and editorial standards. Well-versed in reference styles and formatting requirements. Preferably experienced withJournal workflows. Excellent attention to detail and strong command over LaTeX. * Good communication and time-management skills.
