YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Associated work experience in Hospitality Finance for at least 2-3 years, with at least 1 year in similar role
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce
• Detailed analytical and synthesis skills
• High computer proficiency, strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask.

• Ensure the correctness of revenue flow of opera and Sun systems on daily basis
• Audit rooms income posting and charges:
• Verifies and balances daily charges for all departments to customer folios, master accounts and house accounts; making corrections as necessary.
• Balance the rooms audit with the night audit\xe2\x80\x99s summary.
• Runs computer through nightly processing sequence to reset for next day\xe2\x80\x99s use in balancing of applicable functions.
• Audit food and beverage income postings and charges.
• Records and balances all food and beverage income.
• Balances the guest ledger postings to the restaurant and guest ledger.
• Records and balances staff and house charges.
• Audit all banquet charges before posting, verifying the accuracy of the calculations and attaching the latest event order.
• Review all credit card vouchers for proper imprints, authorizations and correct amounts:
• Prepares and transmits credit card deposits.
• Identifying any potential threat which may result into the revenue loss
