This integral position ensures the prevention or reduction of incident impacts, engages in thorough investigations/recurrence analysis, and classifies problems while disseminating preventive measures. As a member of our team, you will take the lead in adequate planning, initiating, and driving toward the most effective recovery, always keeping a clear and decisive line of communication open with all relevant parties. As your career advances, you will also have the opportunity to enhance emergency Support services and mentor other team members. This position is classified JS 3-4 for MS Incident Management only.
What you will do:
Facilitate and drive the engaged team toward rapid and effective service recovery, ensuring an optimized customer experience.
Execute efficient data collection for Root Cause Analyses, to facilitate comprehensive post-event investigations.
Lead as a key facilitator within Ericsson's internal management bridges.
Initiate necessary management escalations to safeguard both Ericsson's and customer's interests.
Provide network knowledge, diagrams and remote access support to the emergency team, aiding in seamless handovers for continuous emergencies.
Actively participate and contribute to the improvement of Emergency Handling and Problem Management processes.
Maintain availability throughout assigned shifts or roster periods, ensuring constant coverage.
