SKILLS REQUIRED:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of ITIL Processes and has customer empathy.

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote).

\xc2\xb7 Flexible to work in a 24/7.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Work on case assignment procedure.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse and assign the cases on priority to the respective teams.

\xc2\xb7 Log all Incident/Service Request details, allocating categorization and prioritization code.

\xc2\xb7 Aggressively monitoring and responding to Incidents generated.

\xc2\xb7 The Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s primary responsibility is to Communicate proactively, send notifications and get the data over the case assignment, record and report them for future analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of urgency.

\xc2\xb7 Must possess organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

\xc2\xb7 Pro-actively work towards self-development and sharing knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the healthy progress of service requests. Ensure escalating to senior and escalation resources at the right time with the right information.

Time of operation: This support project demands a 24X7 shift model.

Transport : 2 way cab , allowance
