Incident Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire incident lifecycle from detection to resolution, ensuring all incidents are handled efficiently.
Coordination and Communication: Act as the central point of contact during major incidents, ensuring communication flows smoothly between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Manage Escalations: Ensure that high-priority or complex incidents are escalated according to the defined escalation procedures.
Support Major Incident Management: For high-impact incidents, lead a cross-functional team to resolve the issue quickly. Coordinate efforts to restore service and mitigate impact.
Ensure Timely Resolution: Monitor the resolution progress and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met, and escalate as necessary.
