Create, lead, and manage the newly established Cabs & Attachment Operations division.
Resolve issues raised by vendors, drivers, and customers in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the department.
Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to build and nurture relationships with vendors, drivers, and internal teams.
Drive lead generation, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
Manage and follow up on vendor and driver monthly payments, including GST-related processes.
Establish partnerships and tie-ups with corporate companies and showrooms.
Act as a trusted advisor to new vendors--monitor their performance, address concerns, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Approach and onboard potential vendors by explaining company policies, norms, and earning opportunities.
Oversee key tasks and develop project plans to ensure timely completion and compliance with deadlines.
Achieve vendor onboarding targets and meet assigned KPIs.
Monitor retention and turnover rates of newly attached vendors and drivers.
Coordinate with and support the call centre team as needed.
Provide training to vendors and chauffeurs on company standards, processes, and service expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Any bachelor's degree.
5-10 years of experience in operations, vendor management, transportation, or related domains.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and creative thinking skills.
Highly skilled in planning, organization, and managing multiple priorities efficiently
Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
