Responsible for monitoring fleet operations, verifying customer documents, handling app-based bookings, and coordinating daily activities between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor fleet movement, vehicle availability, and daily operations.
Check and verify customer documents, KYC, and credentials.
Oversee app bookings and booking accuracy.
Handle customer enquiries, issues, and service coordination.
Maintain records of vehicles, documents, permits, and renewals.
Track GPS and ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Support driver training, data entry, and operational reporting.
Skills Required:
Basic computer/app knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving.
Experience in operations, fleet management, or customer handling preferred.
