We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated

Incharge Nurse for the Operation Theatre (OT)

to oversee and manage all OT-related activities at Meridian Hospital, ensuring patient safety, surgical efficiency, and strict adherence to sterilization protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day functioning of all Operation Theatres. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team to ensure smooth scheduling and preparation of surgeries. Maintain strict aseptic techniques and enforce infection control protocols. Monitor pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care practices. Manage OT staff rosters, leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing at all times. Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, linen, medications, and consumables. Ensure proper documentation of procedures, checklists, and incident reports. Train and mentor OT nursing staff for continual skill enhancement and compliance with hospital standards. Liaise with CSSD, ICU, and other departments for effective coordination and support.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
