Job Description

The Kadapa In-Charge will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintenance support, and project follow-ups in the Kadapa region. The role includes coordinating with the field team, achieving targets, and handling day-to-day operational and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales activities, enquiries, follow-ups, and target achievement Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service activities Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely completion Supervise and guide field technicians and support staff Coordinate with customers for requirements, visits, and issue resolution Maintain records of sales, service calls, and project status Submit regular reports to head office Support field activities including site visits and basic technical coordination

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in sales, service, or project coordination Knowledge of instruments, electrical, or service-based activities preferred Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet targets Good communication and team coordination skills Willingness to travel locally for site and customer visits
