Job Description

An Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Incharge manages teams, plans preventive/reactive maintenance for all facility equipment (electrical, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic), ensures safety compliance, handles budgets/inventory, and oversees repairs, installations, and contractor work, aiming to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly, often using work order systems and technical tools for diagnostics and reporting.
Requirements:-

1. Good Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical works like COT welding Machine, Plasma Machine related works.

2. Panel Board Checking & Rectify

3. Wiring and Fixing of CCTV and Landline

4. UPS Checking and related works

5. Trailer Vehicle Electrical & Mechanical Work

6. DG Service & Compressor etc

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:

Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff (technicians, custodians).

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and systems.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and fix faults in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., electrical codes).

Inventory & Budget:

Manage spare parts inventory, process purchase orders, and control maintenance budgets.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed logs, write reports (often using MS Office), and track daily activities.

Project Management:

Oversee new installations, system upgrades, and manage external service providers/contractors.

Emergency Response:

Respond to and resolve emergency breakdowns efficiently.
