Incharge of OSP is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials or components. This role is crucial in managing the supply chain and ensuring that vendors meet the specified standards and requirements.
  • Supplier Identification and Evaluation:
  • Identify potential suppliers for materials or components.
  • Evaluate and assess potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality, capacity, cost, and reliability.
  • Supplier Audits and Qualification:
  • Conduct supplier audits to assess their capabilities, facilities, and quality management systems.
  • Qualify suppliers based on industry standards and company-specific requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, including terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure that contracts are favorable to the company while maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with the supplier.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for materials or components.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality and consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Work with suppliers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in supplier processes, cost-effectiveness, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless collaboration with suppliers.
  • Address and resolve issues related to material shortages, quality concerns, or delivery delays.
  • Cost Management:
  • Analyze costs associated with the supply chain and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and cost structures.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
