Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all activities in the butchery section.
Ensure proper cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparation of meat as per company standards.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the butchery area.
Manage meat inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
Monitor product freshness, quality, and shelf life regularly.
Train and supervise butchery staff on cutting techniques, safety procedures, and customer handling.
