Job Description


Recruitment, Joining, Orientation, and Confirmation. Undertaking proper implementation of recruitment process, personal record management, recruitment MIS, costing & budgeting.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. 2. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy 3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 4. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. 5. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspaper/college etc. 6. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 7. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 8. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 9. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes 10.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 11.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 12.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 13.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. 14. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
