Job Description



The candidate will be responsible for handling housekeeping activities, security & surveillance, employees' movement (in & out), transportation, Canteen management, scrap management, inhouse hostel management, safety of workers at the workplace and contributing to overall manufacturing efficiency.

Graduation / MBA (HR) / PGD in MSW / IRPM,



Required Experience:

5 - 7 years' experience

Admin

in an

infra manufacturing setup

(e.g., steel structures, precast, cement, heavy machinery or related).

Preferred Industry:

manufacturing industry (fabrication),

Salary Budget:

25 k to 30 k / per month (Negotiable),

Roles & Responsibilities

: -

Facility & Infrastructure Management



o Ensure upkeep of office and factory premises

o Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness

o Manage utilities (electricity, water, internet) and vendor contracts

?

Documentation & Record Keeping



o Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers

o Oversee documentation related to statutory compliance (e.g., labor laws, safety norms)

o Organize and archive purchase orders, invoices, and internal memos

?

Procurement & Inventory Coordination



Support purchase department in sourcing office supplies and consumables Monitor stock levels of administrative items and reorder as needed Liaise with store and accounts for reconciliation
?

Compliance & Safety Oversight



Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate fire drills, safety audits, and PPE distribution Maintain records for ISO, TQM, or other certifications if applicable
?

HR & Staff Support



Assist HR in onboarding, exit formalities, and grievance handling Coordinate training sessions and welfare activities Monitor discipline and workplace conduct
?

Communication & Coordination



Act as a bridge between departments for administrative needs Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support internal communication Handle visitor management and front office operations
?

Budgeting & Cost Control



Track administrative expenses and suggest cost-saving measures Prepare monthly reports on admin overheads Ensure optimal resource utilization
?

Vendor & Contractor Management



o Identify and manage third-party service providers (security, housekeeping, transport)

o Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met

o Resolve vendor disputes and ensure timely payments

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong working knowledge of handling housekeeping activities, security management, transportation, inward & outward movement of blue collared employees, vendor management, procurement of admin related materials, safety of employees in the production floor & other such related activities.

Proficient in office management, documentation, and record-keeping Understanding of fabrication workflows, safety norms and compliance standards Basic knowledge of welding, machining and assembly operations Good Communication (verbal and written) & Coordination skills Ability to coordinate across departments (Production, HR, Finance etc.) Skilled in handling internal and external stakeholders Analytical mindset for cost control and process improvement Ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams Conflict resolution and employee grievance handling MS Office & Excel - For reports, budgeting and scheduling Compliance Tools - Safety audit checklists, statutory trackers Facility Management - Vendor coordination, AMC tracking HR Support Systems - Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
