Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create and deliver high complexity sales force Incentive Operations support using Javelin as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.) and drive excellent customer service.
• Provide oversight on administration and ongoing process improvement ef-forts associated with incentive compensation
• Provide timely responses and issue resolution, escalating as appropriate, to inquiries from all levels in the organization.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving with internal departments on data and process issues.
• Identify and support process improvement efforts that may include areas outside of immediate team.
• Identify and support organizational efficiencies, including system design, policy and financial reporting packages development and maintenance.
• Effectively communicate project proposals analysis design, outputs and business insights.
• Drive solution design for field execution excellence through various technol-ogy-based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on Coun-try commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infra-structure landscape.

Minimum requirements
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:

• MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains.
• Experience (5-8 years) in analytics organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain.

Desirable requirement:

• Advanced knowledge and expertise in anyone or more of infrastructure areas: Customer interaction platforms (VEEVA, Salesforce.com, etc),Data ETL plat-forms (viz Javelin, SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Alteryx etc),Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerAps, RPA, etc) ,Reporting plat-forms (viz Tableau, Qlik, Foundry),Analytical platforms and methods (Excel, R, Python).
• Pharmaceutical field excellence domain knowledge and experience.
