WORK FROM OFFICE

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound sales calls from clients inquiring about products and quotes professionally and persuasively. Provide product and service information to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Close sales by actively promoting and upselling our offerings. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales. Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Qualifications:

Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with previous experience in sales or customer service will be given preference.
