Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Voice Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products/services

- Document customer interactions and maintain records

- Meet productivity and quality standards

- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates or those with little to no experience in customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
