Job Title: Australian Energy Inbound Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executives to join our team for the Australian Energy Process. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, promote suitable energy plans, provide product information, and convert calls into successful sales. This is a voice-based international process with excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
=>Handle inbound calls from Australian customers related to energy plans and services.
=>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electricity and gas plans.
=>Convert inbound inquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
=>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and polite interaction.
=>Follow compliance guidelines, quality standards, and sales scripts as required.
=>Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in international voice process (sales preferred).
Strong communication skills in English with a clear and neutral accent.
Ability to handle inbound calls and convert leads through persuasive selling.
Willingness to work in Australian shifts.
Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Australian Energy Campaign (highly preferred).
Knowledge of electricity/gas plans, usage patterns, and comparison selling.
