Key Responsibilities

Independently plan and execute luxury travel itineraries for inbound tourists Coordinate with local handling agents, destination vendors, and luxury hotels Handle hotel negotiations, contracting, and pricing Accurately cost itineraries and create professional presentations using Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint Communicate with foreign tour operators (FTOs), respond to direct client queries, and maintain smooth coordination Maintain high attention to detail for on-ground delivery and execution

Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in inbound tourism, preferably luxury segment Deep destination knowledge within India and hotel sourcing experience Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint Confident in negotiating and contracting with hotels and local vendors Comfortable working 6 days a week from our office at Sector 28, MG Road, Gurgaon Prior experience working with foreign tour operators (FTOs) is a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
