Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Majiwada, Thane. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector, specifically in insurance sales, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain insurance products. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data and interactions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Insurance or BFSI industry. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers. Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general) preferred. Graduate or equivalent educational qualification. Good computer skills - MS Office and CRM tools.
