About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling inbound sales by responding to the calls, live chat, etc.
2. Maintaining and updating all records, call logs and CRM
3. Assisting in resolving the inquiries with proposals and seeing the transaction from end-to-end
4. Working on service partner identification, contact, onboarding, ensuring inventory upload in the backend and maintaining all records
5. Working on upselling services
