Job Description

Handle

inbound calls, chats, and digital enquiries

for credit card sales Understand customer needs and

recommend suitable credit card products

Qualify leads

based on eligibility, income, and credit norms Convert enquiries into

approved applications and activations

Achieve

daily and monthly conversion & revenue targets

Ensure

accurate data entry, application submission, and documentation

Coordinate with

verification, underwriting, and operations teams

Maintain

CRM updates, call logs, and MIS

Address customer queries and ensure

positive customer experience

bank policies, compliance, and ethical sales practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
