Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and product information
Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines effectively
Conduct warm calling and outbound follow-up to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Support business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities for growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales, preferably with B2B focus
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service interactions professionally
Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in technical or product-specific sales is advantageous but not required
