Role Overview

We are seeking a Pune based professional to handle inbound leads across our full range of products including Unsecured Business Loans, Vendor Financing, Structured Term Loans, and more. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients -- engaging with them, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to daily leads Will be responsible to attend to all inbound enquiries on calls and direct them to relevant team/ deal appropriately if an inbound prospect query Qualify prospects and explain the right product offerings based on business requirements Follow structured scripts and pitch decks; adjust based on client profiles Maintain CRM with lead updates, communication records, and follow-up schedules Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction closure Drive conversion rates by understanding client pain points and communicating solutions clearly. Ensure a professional, empathetic, and persuasive approach in all communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Open to fresher's and experienced candidates with a strong client-handling ability. Excellent communication in English, Hindi and any other language is a plus. Confident, attentive listener, quick thinker. Basic understanding of financial services related to Corporate debt preferred (training will be provided). Job location : Prabhat Road , Pune

Working Hours

? Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

? Sunday Off

Compensation

? 25000 to 35000 Rs monthly (depending on your previous salary)

Freshers :15000 -18000 Rs monthly (depending on English communication skills)

? Industry-standard remuneration with opportunity for growth based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,319.19 per month
